It is usually reflected in the “super number.” The super number tells the fineness of the individual fibers. The higher the number the thinner the fabric and the smoother and silkier the cloth will be. Wool gets rarer the finer it is. Suits with this high a super number can be wrinkle-prone and may show signs of wear early on.
